Mineral Paint
Mineral Paint is a type of furniture paint that is self-levelling and self-sealing, with a low sheen finish. It is the deal choice for projects where you simply want to change the colour and achieve a smooth clean look.
Preparation is required when using mineral furniture paints - clean, scuff sand, and it is recommended to apply a coat of primer. Sealing is not necessary, unless you wish to change to a more glossy sheen or the piece will be under heavy, excessive use - then extra protection is needed. Water based varnishes or hemp oil may be used.
